Biography
Xiang Ming Chen has completed his PhD in 1994 from Department of Metallurgy and Mateirals Science, The University of Tokyo. He is the Cheung Kong Professor and director of Insititute of Materials Physics, Zhejiang University. He has authored and/or co-authored more than 360 papers in the pier-reviewed journals. He received the Okazaki Kiyoshi Award in 2007, and was selected as a fellow of The American Ceramic Society in 2013. He currently serves as an associate editor of J. Am. Ceram. Soc., and on the editorial boards of Adv. Appl. Ceram. and J. Materiomics.
Research Interest
: multiferroic materials, microwave dielectric ceramics, ferroelectric and relaxor ferroelectric ceramics, and energy storage dielectric ceramics.
