Biography
Anshu Gaur has completed his PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. After his PhD he worked at Applied Materials Inc. USA as senior product engineer. He is currently working as Assistant Professor in the Department of Materials Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur. He is also associated with Samtel Center for Display Technologies and National Center for Flexible Electronics, IIT Kanpur.

Amorphous metal-oxide and metal oxy-nitride semiconductors, carbon nanotubes and graphene, flexible electronics, computational materials science and device modelling
